How Do We Practice Justice For God?

How Do We Practice Justice?

1. Join God in Acting out Godly/Righteous Concern for the GOOD (Not EVIL) of
everyone!

2. Not Only To Understand But to Uphold the Pure and Unbiased Nature Of Justice...
(the importance of it being unbiased is that INJUSTICE is not even acceptable in favor of
the poor)

3. Our basic contribution to justice is This: Living our personal lives according to God’s
Ordeals.
My work:
Play
Poor’
Family
Suffering People

What about the poor in spirit?

Rich but hurting, hopeless and in emotional pain?
Desperate for something?

Disciples
would they have died for a Jesus who was raised for the dead but was not Just?
I doubt it!

“With liberty and Justice for all”

Be Sure to stick up for a person that is innocent EVEN if you don't agree with what they do In Life!!!!

Where Does The Bible Talk About God Being Just and A Justice God?

Here are a few passages about the justice of God!

Isaiah 30:18 “For God is a God of Justice”

Deut. 32:18 He is the Rock His works are perfect and all of His ways are Just: A faithful
God who does no wrong - upright and just is He

Job 37: 23 The almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power, in his justice and
great righteousness, he does not opress

Psalm 89: 14 Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of our throne.

Where Does The Bible Talk About Self Discipline?

Here are a few areas the Bible discusses Self Discipline...

1. Proverbs 12:1 Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is
stupid. (reproof - to scold or correct, usually gently or with kind intent to express disapproval of)
Correction in the church

4. 2 Chronicles 15:7 But you, take courage! Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall
be rewarded.” (This is the discipline to work hard at whatever you do and God will reward it
unless you know God don’t want you doing it $$, OR salvations)

5. Titus 2:11-14 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training
us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly
lives in the present age........................

6. Proverbs 13:4 The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent
is richly supplied. (diligent is discipline here)

8. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one
receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. Every athlete exercises self-control in all
things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. So I do not run
aimlessly I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control,
lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified. (Our heavenly rewards will never
die, ever fade, never get old, never get dusty)

9. Proverbs 25:28 A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.

10. Hebrews 12:11 For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it
yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. (If we discipline
ourselves God won’t have to!!)

See you can be trained by discipline or we can be trained by sin.

If we let our minds
compute things like consequences of any action we take, then discipline ourselves to make the
right decision. This is the consequence: “peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have
been trained by it”

Self Discipline can become a character trait if you practice it. Remember this that I mentioned
before: The Holy Spirit will display and produce self discipline. So the more you feed and act
on and obey the Holy Spirit in you (your spirit man), the easier and stronger it becomes, but the
more you act on and obey and feed your flesh, the the stronger you flesh man will get and the weaker you spirit man will become.

Where Does The Bible Say We Have Power Over The Enemy?

Luke 10:19 Says This:   I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

Where In The Bible Does It Say That Heaven Is A Free Gift?

Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is life eternal
through Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith
—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by
works, so that no one can boast.

Romans is talking about the gift of heaven, and Ephesians here is talking about the gift of "Faith" which is what we need to believe in Jesus to get into heaven!
